Briann and Rob’s wedding day in Philadelphia and Richboro, PA was absolutely perfect! We got a break in the daily rain we’d been having with a fairly mild, sunny August day. These newlyweds made my work easy because they have a visible connection and chemistry which made every single portrait natural and authentic.

Briann and her girls got ready at her parents’ home and it was the perfect setting for some of my all time favorite bridal portraits! The soft window light streaming into the room accentuated Briann’s natural beauty making her absolutely radiant. Her cream, grey and green color palette was simple and timeless which allowed me to get really creative while photographing their details by pulling in grey ribbons and leafy greens to bring life and movement to the images. St. Katherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church is within walking distance from their home and the ceremony was that much more special because the bride’s uncle, a priest, performed the mass. 

The golf course at Northampton Valley Country Club was the perfect backdrop for wedding party and bride & groom portraits! The sky was a bit overcast so we drove golf carts to a few different locations around the venue to take advantage of the soft, beautiful light for their portraits (I may or may not have hung off the back of a moving golf cart with one hand so I could photograph the newlyweds)!   A choreographed father-daughter dance, a surprise performance by the bride and her sisters, an eco-friendly ice cream truck and a sparkler exit – this wedding day is one that will not soon be forgotten!
