I had been looking forward to Shannon & Ed’s wedding since their engagement session in Old City Philadelphia! These two are such a fun couple and I knew their day would be full of meaningful moments with friends and family. The girls got ready at Shannon’s grandmother’s home which is directly across from the church Shannon grew up attending. After a beautiful ceremony, we drove to the stunning Bryn Athyn Cathedral for portraits and it was stunning! We got the perfect golden hour light which was perfect for creating some of my favorite bride & groom portraits! Family & friends danced the night away to celebrate the newlyweds!

This was a day I won’t soon forget! Congratulations, Shannon & Ed!

 

LOVE STORY FROM THE COUPLE

We met on Skype through mutual friends and then met at the bowling alley (Ed was a bowler in high school). Ed was Shannon’s date to Junior & Senior prom! We got engaged on a walk along Kelly Drive, with a perfect view of the Philadelphia skyline reflecting on the Schuylkill River, after a Lindsey Stirling Christmas Concert. We enjoy dates to beer festivals, restaurant week, Philadelphia sports games, and concerts (especially the Pennypack Music Festival!). We are most excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends in one room! We are also super excited for our honeymoon in Aruba.
